2p222 (hereinafter "Platform", "we", "our") is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games and sports betting services for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and 2p222.

2p222 primarily provides services for users in Bangladesh. Users are responsible for confirming that online gaming is lawful in their region. Full responsibility for complying with applicable local laws rests with the user.

Account Registration and Management

Make sure to register with accurate information and keep your account secure.

  • All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information will be treated as a breach of these terms and may result in account termination.
  • You must keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
  • Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
  • Only one account per user is permitted. Creating multiple accounts will result in cancellation of bonus privileges and account closure.
  • Participation in the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is mandatory. You may be required to provide a national identity card, passport, or driving license.
  • If any account details change, notify our support team immediately. The user is responsible for any issues arising from transactions or verifications conducted using outdated information.
  • 2p222 reserves the right to reject any account registration application without providing a reason.

Deposit

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
  • Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
  • Deposit requests are generally processed instantly.
  • Funds deposited on our platform may only be used for gaming purposes.
  • Make sure you enter the correct account details when depositing. 2p222 is not responsible for incorrect information.

Withdrawal

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
  • KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to registered payment methods.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonus and promotional offers are subject to the following conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw the bonus amount, wagering of 20 times (20x) the original bonus amount must be completed.

  • Each bonus offer applies only to eligible accounts. The same person, device, or payment method may not claim a bonus more than once.
  • Winnings earned using bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
  • VIP program cashback benefits: up to 0.3% for Bronze, 0.6% for Silver, 0.9% for Gold, and up to 1.2% weekly cashback for Platinum.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, 2p222 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit associated winnings.
  • Each bonus offer has its own expiry period. If the conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
  • To prevent bonus abuse, certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements — see the details of the specific promotion.
  • 2p222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Section 5: Gameplay Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games on our platform.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

2p222 uses software from established game providers to ensure fair gaming. Games from many recognized providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe are available on our platform. All game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is completely impartial.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game automatically stops due to a technical problem or network disruption during play, the bet for that round will be considered void and will be reasonably refunded. If a game result is uncertain due to a server issue, 2p222's decision will be final.

5.3 Collusion Prohibition

Attempting to influence results by communicating with other players in live games, using bots, or using any automated software is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform.

  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
  • Attempting to claim bonus or promotional benefits by creating multiple accounts.

  • Hacking another user's account or attempting unauthorized access.
